The start of each new season brings excitement with the promise of what the future holds. For husband-and-wife duo, Troy and Katy Peach, and their longtime friend, Andrew Goldman, this special season of innovation and collaboration has resulted in them delivering a brand-new musical ministry. It’s the culmination of three talented individuals uniting to share a common love of music and a desire to present the message of the Gospel through song, resulting in the new powerhouse trio, Peach Goldman.
With over 25 years of experience on stage with various groups, Troy, Katy and Andrew embody a rich history in the Southern Gospel Music field. Troy has enjoyed tenures with popular musical families The Perrys, The Wilburns and The Steeles, while Katy has captivated audiences for two decades with her angelic voice, traveling the nation with The Nelons and The Mike Speck Trio.
Troy and Katy first met Andrew when he joined The Perrys. He and Troy shared the stage night after night with the award-winning group, forging a brotherhood that endured even after the two left the group to pursue other ministry opportunities. “Things have come full circle,” Troy shares. “I am incredibly thrilled and blessed to embark on this new musical journey with my wife, Katy, and my dear friend and former road mate, Andrew. I am filled with anticipation for what God has in store, and I’m very excited about the impact I know we can make together.”
Peach Goldman has already hit the recording studio and will release their debut StowTown Records recording in mid-summer. At the helm of the forthcoming project is StowTown Records label executive and producer, Wayne Haun. “I’ve known Troy, Katy and Andrew for years, and I’ve worked with them countless times in the studio. I immediately knew they would sound great together, but after working with them on this particular project, their blend far exceeded my expectations. This is fresh. This is good!”
Peach Goldman is already taking radio by storm, with their first single, “Grace Will Lead You Home,” currently sitting at number seven on the Singing News Top 40 chart. Their collective talents, along with their dedication to the Lord and an unwavering commitment to deliver the powerful message of the Gospel, bring a unique, warm sound that has quickly garnered loyal listeners who are eager to hear more. With roots deeply planted in Southern Gospel traditions, the new group’s soul-stirring harmonies are sure to captivate audiences for many, many seasons to come.
